Still, he didn't awake those eyes after his fight with hashi, that is impossible, this chapter proved it... Also it's proved that he gave his eyes to Nagato.
Since he got into this form where he escaped death which had to be after he awakened the rinnengan, he couldn't leave the place he is in now, so how could he give the rinnengan to nagato. And he said he gave the eyes to someone himself, and only Nagato is an possebility for that.

I myself believe in a whole different theory though, it's very long but the main theme is that Madara never awakened the rinnengan. It was Madaras eyes, but they were awakened in Nagatos body.

The point of this whole thread is to try to clear up the inconsistencies of Nagato getting the Rinnegan from Madara, I've believed Nagato's eyes were transplanted for quite some time now.

This chapter only confirmed that he gave Nagato the Rinnegan not when he unlocked it.

Madara states he got it shortly before his death.

Nagato has had it since he was child during the 2nd Great Shinobi War, so thats when Madara gave it to him.

But Madara's statement about his death, contradicts the fact that he got it shortly before his death, casue if this was true then he would have gotten it as an old man long after Nagato already got it.

So I'm saying that he got after he fought Hashirama, and later gave them to Nagato, and then started to reside in the place he's in now.

Yes it's all very good. I like to debate it as well, however, the thing you want to debate is not the real issue about this. It proves nothing and there is many ways to argue for it. His statement about his death contradicts nothing, it could be a lie, it could be a metaphor, it could be the truth. He is in fact dead as we see him now, as he said himself he "escaped" death. So it can very well be true.

However, it is a good debate you want to start, you just need to look at other facts as well. And the greatest fact that contradicts everything, is the fact that Madara is revived in Edo Tensei with his rinningan and his age is probably 30-50 years, although it is hard to determine due to the hashirama cells. Also he HAS rinnengan in edo tensei, so he must have died with it as well.
Now of course I do not know this for sure, since we have yet to see any evidence for this. I believe that it is either that they are awakened in the state of their death, since chyio for instance is awakened in a very old age, which would be sort of weird then.

Kabuto modified his body so he would be younger and he must have made it so he also has the Rinnegan again, cause Madara died without it.

I also think kabuto tinkered with his Edo he brought him to back his "prime" I guessing 35-45 but I think that in this chapter it proved that he gave his eyes to nagato. He then obviously useses obito to accomplish his plan. He had to die with out the rinni he gave it to nagato already. And oro knew about madara still being alive, its also how kabuto/oro was still able to do the Edo cuz they knew where the corpse was at.
