[Predictions] Naruto Manga Chapter 602 Discussion and 603 Predictions

Instead of enjoying the thrill of Naruto as Kishi tells the story I see people looking for loop holes and error damn critics who can't even draw a circle or conceive a reasonable idea :scorps: pls give kishi some kudos.

I give it 5/5. I really liked this episode. First off, it shows that Obito survived by slipping through the rocks. Probably the MS activated and he could use his S/T jutsu unknowingly. Second, for some reason, I fell that after more revelations, we are going to be in Madara's side. Madara said to Obito that because he was wounded, others where saved. He clearly was talking from personal experience there. I firmly believe that Madara took on Hashirama in order to save someone or other people. Then, we see how Madara has been living all these years, tied to a an artificial machine you might say, like an artificial respirator or heart, alone in a dark place. Basically he got the short end of the stick, just like Obito. Obito is shown here as a loyal member of Konoha, notice his desire to go back to his comrades and help on the war. What Madara will reveal next must be something really powerful in order for Obito to change his mind. I don't think he was brainwashed as some suggest, he saw everything with his own eye. Who Madara entrusted his eyes too? I bet on either Hanzo Shimura or Orochimaru. There is more to Hanzo then meets the eye. Tobi said when he met Hanzo before he fought Sasuke that he hasnt seen him since the Uchiha incident. This leads me to believe that Hanzo was in contact with Madara. I'm pretty sure Madara took the fall for someone else, to further a cause or who knows, even to save a lot of people or loved one. Hashirama vs Madara hasn't been explained well so I believe thats what coming in the next chapter. Tobi's identity revelation will mean nothing compared to the twist I sense coming up. Also, since apparently Madara was Obito's master, Im pretty sure that when he died, it must have been very hard on Obito to see his master gone (Think Naruto when Jiraiya died). Obito became disenchanted with life also,when he learned of Rin's death and that drove him to realize that what Madara was telling him was the truth, that sometimes things don't go our way, someone must always lose in order for someone else to win. Im really looking forward to next chapter, I hoping for more flashbacks.

Somebody please help explain this to me...

I know we have heard countless times that Madara gave Nagato the rinnengan, but this confuses me. Why? Because we saw when nagato awakened his rinnegan to save his friends. We know that he wasn't taken behind a bush and given eye surgery in the middle of that sequence...

So what exactly does this mean? That Madara gave nagato the rinnengan at some point before we saw him awaken it, and that the eyes looked just like normal eyes when they were first put into Nagato? That just doesn't make sense to me. For one, when Kakashi got Obito's eye, it didn't revert to a normal eye, it stayed a sharingan.

So somebody please explain how Nagato got eyes surgically implanted but still had to awaken them himself??

Until manga 602, my personal theory was that madara helped Nagato "awaken" the rinnengan, not by GIVING him the eyes, but by orchestrating the situation that let Nagato awken them himself. I don't remember exactly what happened, but I remember a soldier after food or something. Maybe Madara sent that soldier after them knowing it would be the trigger?

Just makes no sense to me now.

Unless I consider something totally crazy: The "Madara" we are seeing in these recent strips is NOT really Madara, but actually Izuna, the one who gave his eyes to Madara? Could he be using the same trick as "tobi" did, pretending for some personal gain?


Not trying to invent crazy theories, but the idea that Madara physically gave Nagato a set of eyes makes ZERO sense to me when you consider the other factors. Somebody please tell me that I am missing something really obvious here...

None of this makes any sense. First off we dont see Nagato's eyes until after the Rinnegan is awakened. Madara couldve orchestrated this thing from the very beginning. It started when Madara implanted the eyes to an infant Nagato. He found ways to have Nagato feel pain and then tell him the truth later.

What you said about the old man not being Madara but actually Izuna cant happen also. How else would Madara know who Obito is and how else would he give Obito the idea of the Eye of the Moon plan it was his original plan. Madara also had Hashirama's cells he got after the battle at the valley of the end and even a clone of him. Im pretty sure thats what is keeping him alive.

No he told Obito he gave his eye's to someone already and have someone else eye( so who do you think he gave his eye's to other than Nagato dude).

Also Tobi Obito is turning out to be the most phony main villian of all time. I mean the guy been going around talking like he did thing in the pass(instead of just being told about it from the real Madara), calling and treating people like kid's(Konan & Nagato) when he is the same or younger age than they are, I know he had to play the part of Madara, but he is so fake to me now, that I lost all repect for the character. Even with Kishi trying his hardest to connect and make sense of the story, I still feel disapointed.

I get Tobi Obito being almost on par with the fourth Hokage, from getting 3 to 5 years of training, Knowledge and opening his MS sharingan from the greatest and a old Uchiha Madara, because if Sasuke, Itachi or Shisui was directly train by him, all three would have surpass the in his prime Madara(Orochimaru or Tobi Obito couldn't teach Sasuke or Itachi how to be a great Uchiha), but it still do nothing for me.

Really this chapter brings more question about madara and nagato. And I am completely at a lost. Madara said he awakened his rinnegan shortly before his death. And we saw him very alive in this chapter. So how on earth he could implant his rinnegan to nagato.It may be he used izanagi on hashi to escape death. After that he was in a near death situation so he awakened his rinnegan at that time that makes more sense. So he must got another sharingan from someone else that's another question.

It'll be insane IF Madara and Obito are working together not for infinite tsukuyomi but to stop Madaras brother Izuna. I really find it difficult to be Obito would change so drastically.

Well, this chapter got us absolutely nowhere.

Yes it did. It gave us a lot more details, while not direct, it does answer many questions. For instance how Madara mended obito back together and we see a better idea on how Madara might be how he convinced obito to join his plot of the Moon's Eye Plan. I for one really enjoyed the chapter & think Kishi always keeps things very interesting.
Note: just because its a flashback doesn't mean its always irrelevant most of the time it's very important & is also helpful for those who are new to the series as a whole. Expecially the flashbacks that explain things that have not been mentioned about before so be patient & keep an opened mind to what Kishi is trying to tell. Ok?

i cant see any kind of story dat will make madara be a good guy, and i dont think madara fought hasirama bcos of anyone. obviously madara's death was pre-planned by the bought of them so i dont see obito been devastated about dat. I doubt if hanzo really knows why madara fought hasirama he was a small boy at dat time, obito's change of mind set is probably bcos after leaving madara and been eager to be with rin and kakashi if finds rin dead

I give the chapter 1/5 for the same reason you love it, I hate it. The Idea that a garbage Uchiha like Obito just being able to use his sharingan, was able to skip pass stage two sharingan to MS, is Kishi reaching to try to make the story connect and make this awful plot make sense. And on top of that he went to the darkside for one girl, who wasn't his girl, intern turning his back on his village, clan and believe's(Itachi & Sasuke back story make way more sense for them to go to the darkside). People still complain about Sasuke turning evil(and I hope he stay evil, because I don't know where Kishi is about to go with Sasuke character), even with his whole family, clan and him being order to be kill by his brother(who love him more than anything) from the village elder's and than hating and killing his brother, because the village lie about what happen(I don't care what country you belong to, your hate that country for what it did to you).

Yes but it is Possible that Madara was still alive back then. So He gave Nagato his eyes. And when Nagato used Gedo Mazo when fighting Hanzo, he transfered it to Madara for he to live.

This chapter gave us a lot hints.

1) Madara placed Hash's DNA in Obito to keep him alive. Remember, Tobi and Sasuke fought Danzo and one ninja touched Tobi's arm with some kind infectious chakra and he "chopped" his arm off. That arm was whitish goo which similar to Zetus's clone. I suspected that there are more than one Tobi walking around.

2) We all know story about Madara awaken Rinnegan shortly before death. I believe he once awaken those then summon Mazou to spare his life. So he escaped the death.

3) Madara said he gave the original eyes to somebody. He might already planned to come back to attempt take over Leaf again. Nagato is most likely is one who receive those eyes. (unconfirmed)

4) Madara said one must possess two sharingans to acquire full potential since both of them have one and stuck in cave. I suspect that Madara made deal with Obito then he gave his last eye before die so Obito can get out of there.

He won't see Kakashi that's why Kakashi did not know Obito was alive since the Ninja War.
