From what i seeing here most of the uchiha have better story line than the main character
itachi story line
1.Itachi was a very skill ninja from a young age
2.Itachi was force to kill his clan for his village.
3.Itachi one panel most oponent in past battles even the raikage acknowledge itachi during sasuke vs raiakge battle
4.Itachi feel bad for killing his clan but he save konoha without taking any credit,Itachi technically give his life up to sasuke during their battle but sasuke have to deserve his victory.
5.Itachi save naruto and killerbee from edo nagato and seal nagato.
6.Itachi ending edo tensi
7.Itachi also open a doorway in sasuke mind to change his heart
Sasuke story line
1.Sasuke was a well skill ninja at a young ages.He was acknowledge by older generation of konoha and other villages
2.Sasuke had a difficult child hood because his clan was destroy by his brother .Sasuke had to seen his family kill and his village destroy by itachi tsukyomi.
3.Sasuke was disappointed by his brother actions against his clan because he look up to him
4.No one understand sasuke feeling that which make him more of an loner
5.Sasuke wanted to take revenge of his clan but konoha was limiting his true potential
6.Sasuke seek power from orichimaru and obito .Eventhough orichimaru and obito manipulated sasuke to some extend ,sasuke did get power he wanted then backstab them.
7.Sasuke starting to make his own decisiion after his encounter with itachi
Madara story line
1.Madara was alway competing with izuna to get stronger.They were both had alot of battle experience because they were born in the era were war was a way of life.
2.Madara and the uchiha clan at that time were respected and fear.The uchiha clan were hire by other clans to fight against opposing villages or senju clan on numerous occasion
3.Madara lose his vision ,while izuna sacrafice his eye to give him EMS.Madara end up lose his beloved brother
4.Senju clan acknowledge madara and his clan power clan power which they united to form konoha
5.Uchiha clan choose hashirama as hokage over madara .
6 madara left konoha to gain more power from other villages
7Madara faught hashirama but were donot know 100% the outcome of the battle .
8 Madara live longer than hashimra
9Madara use obito ,nagato (porbably his son) and zetsu to carry out his plan.
shsui story

3.He lose an eye to danzo at a young age
4.shsui maybe aware of the uchiha plans and danzo so he give other eyes to itachi .
Obito story line(well his story line is developing at the moment in the manga)
Obito love Rin and Rin love kakashi
Obito and kakashi were rival .Kakashi was ahead of Obito as an ninja
Obito wanted to become hokage someday
Obito save kakashi and was damage by a boulder.Obito offer one of his eye to kakashi as gift
Obito survive from death and madara save him
Naruto uzamaki storie line
1.Naruto parent die when he was a baby by obito
2.Minato give kurama to naruto inorder for kurama to grow friendship with naruto in the future
3.Naruto was neglected by people in konoha but still love by kakashi,choji team,the third hokage and some other
4.Naruto wanted dream to be hokage and he wanted to get sasuke to acknowledge him as a good ninja.'
5.Sasuke was alway ahead of naruto which motivate naruto to get stronger.
6.Sasuke left konoha and naruto chase after him throughout the series
