Obito has MS and can still see. There is possible reason that he has Senju DNA - it's answer to everything.
But what about Kakashi? He can't has Senju DNA which means that he going to be blind early.
Is it Kishi's wrong or Kakashi can't be blind if Rin transplanted those eye to him?
What's your opinion?

I think the bigger question is how can obito still see. Kakashi has not had MS that long. Itachi could still see(though not that much) after 9 years and it was only then that he was near blind. Kakashi has had his for at the most 2 or 3 years.

maybe the blindness only affects you if you have MS in both eyes?

only certain techniques make the eye go blind like very powerful ones like Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi

Well Kakashi did not use his Kamui too often until the 4th World War.

I remember him using it against Deidara, Pein and to dispose a Susano´o arrow from Sasuke (did I forgot anything?).
Thats not too much strain to the eye.
And even in this war, how often did he use it? Maybe 4 times against Obito? Still not THAT much.

We have to remember that it depends on the technique very much, for example it looks like casting Amaterasu damages the eye alot more than Tsukuyomi. (Looking at Itachi, his eye always bleeded while using Amaterasu but not while using Tsukuyomi).
Amaterasu is nearly a pure offensive move and it creates flames from the eye, that really is something, Tsukuyomi however is "just" a Genjutsu, nothing gets created from the eye.
Kamui seems to be smiliar to Tsukuyomi, nothing gets created from the eye either, its the complete opposite the eye consumes the target into another dimension. It could be that this technique is also pretty nice to the eye..lol.

However Kakashi did admit that his eyesight is getting worse, at the first meeting with Itachi after the timeskip he asked Itachi "Itachi, how bad has your eyesight gotten?", theres only one way for Kakashi to know that the eyesight gets worse after activating the MS, experiencing it himself.

If you read the chapter which shows the last time he used kamui, he started to suffer great pain. Even his eye was dripping blood.

People are forgetting Obito has been reserving his MS and his teleportation most likely relies on his 3-tomoe sharingan. While Kakashi has been spamming his MS since day one.

He isn't an Uchiha, so the eyes take a physical toll on his body now strain and blind his eye.

Kakashi is responsible with his ms, unlike a certain other character. It literally took the end of the world for him to start spamming it.
