okay but how come kakashi was able to turn his sharigan into an MS when it clearly states you need two sharigans to do this and be an uchia. Plot holes Plot holes..I can understand if they said Nagato recieved the Sharigan but because he was an uzamaki it jumped into the rinngegan?

Madara was old. He unlocked Rinnegan, gave in to Nagato, met Obito, and died shortly afterwards.

Does it even matter? He had no reason to lie to Obito.

Most probably he just summoned it before he gave Rinnegan to Nagato.

Nagato didnt activate Rinnegan. Madara did, and gave it to Nagato.

Nagato can only use Rinnegan techniques because those who got their eyes implanted cannot deactivate their Doujutsu or use the former stages. Kakashi got his Sharingan from Obito when it was a Tomoe Sharingan, he activated the MS on his own, so can use the former stage but not deactivate it. Therefore, Sharingan techniques are not available for Nagato.

No, for Ms you need to experience trauma (Like killing your best friend) after you've unlocked 3 tomoe.
For EMS though, you get your brother's eyes and implant them in yourself

I would have to say yes, because he said that he gave his eyes to someone else! How come nagato doesn't remember the eye's being implanted?

Nagato can only use Rinnegan techniques because those who got their eyes implanted cannot deactivate their Doujutsu or use the former stages. Therefore, Sharingan techniques are not available for Nagato.

Nagato was given EMS not Rinnegan its basically impossible by the timeline to have given him the actual rinnegan.I always knew he was never given the actual rinnegan but Ems is not something i foresaw.
