mine are-
left eye : summons a spider dat sticks to the opponents body, eating away his chakra over time. physically harmless. cant be killd but can be gotten rid off wit sum special techniques only. can be used only 3 times a day.
right eye: summons a beast, strong and brutal. Fight-to-kill intent. (3 times a day).
Left + Right: summons a godly warrior with 2 swords, left sword steals chakra, right sword's attack takes longer to heal. (can be used 2 times aday)

The Trump-Card: Can take away a person's whole chakra away, while physically can cause him to die. Or in short, can kill anyone. Cost: The user's own life.
