So I suppose this chapter pretty much confirmed how Obito was able to survive the rock crushing him.

Madara says he doesnt know how Obito was able to survive "it was almost as if you were able to slip away from it"

This confirms Obito was able to use his S/T jutsu to survive the rocks crushing him, at the last moment. Obviously he was still severely injured. Well doesnt completely confirm, but makes it seem so.

He has to have awoken his MS for a moment. I see this as a possibility because something similar has happened before. The night of the Uchiha massacre Sasuke awakened his sharingan, it was a pathetic 1 tamoe, but still a similar occurence lending some credence to how Obito survived.

A lot of people theorized this and they were right. It seemed to be the only way he could of survived. That and help from Madara...

+rep Yes I can relate and agree. But he didn't give Nagato both eyes. This is my theory. I think he used Izanagi or Izuna not completely sure but one of the forbidden Uchiha techniques to fake his death to Hashirama. Gave away one of his eyes to Nagato to form the Akatsuki begin his mark. Once Obito/Tobi recovered and started learning and training to regain his strength to eventually resurrect Madara.

No, Madara gave both of his eyes to Nagato.
