Yup and after that pain got his ass handed to him. Deva had all his powers( Nagato had a lot of chakra left, plus pain was closer to him and that would've made it easier for him to control deva path) and Naruto was fighting him head on... In the end he lost.

Naruto has large chakra reserves even without kurama. Yes the seal gave him more chakra, but large reserves of chakra is required to surpress a bijuu's power. So Naruto still had a lot of chakra naturally

the seal minato used has been stated in the manga and anime that it would weaken over time, jiriya weaken the seal alot more, so that it can stronger, but it turned naruto into the 4 tails by accident.

I don't think 4 times Kakashi's chakra pool= 1000 clones using Rasengan two or three times a fight, and still being able to summon multiple toads and not even break a sweat. The seal Minato placed has obviously increased Naruto's base chakra by at least ten fold , just saying.
