Why obito forget about sasuke?

OBito wanted sasuke for several reasons:
-Link sasuke to gedo mazo for the moon eyes plan
-stimulate sasuke in battle to get rinnegan inorder to revive madara or continue his plan


The last time obito seen sasuke was by his hide out.Obito left sasuke to start the war.During the war arc obito nhave any interest about sasuke whereabout ,only when obito faught naruto he did mention sasuke .

My theory.

Obito has never shown to be able to use tsukoyomi.
He wasn't worried about that before because he was manipulating Nagato.
Madara himself said that he expected to be revived by Nagato and Madara has shown
to have susanoo therefor Amaterasu & Tsukoyomi as well.
For the moon eye plan he needed a Tsukoyomi user. I know he was following Madaras order
but after Nagato died he still wanted to fulfill Madaras plan.
So he went for the next Tsukoyomi user he could find.
After Madara was revived by Edo tensei he didnt need Sasukes Tsukoyomi anymore.

sasuke was left to heal up with a white zetsu to report on his statu most likely then sasuke woke up and killed white zetsu meaning tobi does not even know sasuke is awake yet
