9. SASUKE - EMS, His Sword. Held his own against 5 kages/danzo (didnt win though), helped itachi beat DSM kabuto, had a draw fight against deidara without MS/EMS

10. KILLER BEE - Hachibi, Samehada, 8 Swords. PLayed a big role in the tobi fight, Owned Taka, Fought well against kisame in a handicap fight, minato complimented him (he lost though)

Loving your list very much, everyone in it is who I'd put in my top 10. Meaning you must be pretty smart and not plain stupid or blind . I can never decide in the order though.

I think I'd put Hashirama under Madara though since even Edo Madara said he was the only one that could defeat him. Naruto is too high, he's top 5 but not top 2. Not sure about Obito, he's either under Madara or under Hashirama, and I don't think Naruto can beat him 1v1 due to Naruto not having space time ninjutsu; so I think obito is above Naruto for now. Also I think Nagato is under Hashirama.

I agree that Itachi is still greater than Sasuke. His superior speed, intelligence, genjutsu and legendary weapons give him the advantage.

And yes Killer Bee is too 10, second most powerful tailed beast, a perfect

You're list was OK until you had Minato and Itachi over EMS Sasuke....

just because sasuke has EMS doesnt make him automatically better....

That's something they have no control over. No one would even get close to Kabuto to use a contract seal. They have to get past 30+ Edos.

The Contact Seal removes all control the Summoner has over the Summoned and if there's a will, there's a way. Minato has FTG and is the fastest Shinobi ever so getting to Kabuto wouldn't be impossible. Hashirama can use Wood Nature; Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees to knock out most of Kabuto's Edo army and use Wood Release Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees and also create Wood clones to narrow the space between the 2.

im only counting DSM kabuto
edo tensai wasnt counted because it isnt HIS power...example: edo madara is free while kabuto is in izanami..meaning kabuto is literally not in-control of his own jutsu AND btw kabuto can die while edo tensai is still activated meaning its useless/not his power

I didn't put sasuke because i haven't seen his current full potential... Itachi is another one that doesn't make my list due to low chakara reserves which is essential when fighting people i have stated above ...

Jiraiya, Killer Bee, 4th Raikage and many other shinobi that were considered but just didn't cut it for me ... This is completely my opinion and every fight it purely hypothetical so it's hard to say .... I guess everyone has a different image of certain people fighting one another!

Won't going to say feats, abilities and why their in Top, But I think it's pretty obvious.

4. Hasihrama Senju.
5. Nagato Uzumaki.

Why Madara and Obito over Kabuto and his Edo Tensei ? Madara - Knowlage about Edo Tensei, Tsukuyomi, Manga proofs, Knows Forbidden Uchiha techniques.
Obito - Kabuto told him how to stop Edo Tensei and told it could be done with Sharingan, Knows Forbidden Uchiha techniques.

They both can stop Edo Tensei without even killing Edos, just going straight for Kabutomaru.

That leaves his Sage Mode and Base Mode and that against Nagato, who uses all 7 Paths in 1 body on a far more powerful scale then he did when he was using Pain, doesn't stand a chance.

Obito, it's taking BM Naruto, Kakashi, and Guy to fight him and he still has the control of the battlefield. BM Naruto can't touch Obito without Kakashi's help, I don't see how Naruto can possibly win or even tie with Obito.

The thing is, Nagato wouldn't use Preta Path on Sage Mode Naruto because of prior experience from fighting him using Pain, he would know that if he tried, he would turn into a petrified frog & he wouldn't have to try and catch Naruto in order to absorb his chakra, his Taijutsu is clad in chakra while using KM & BM. If he does manage to catch Naruto like he did when he faced Naruto & Bee, he could remove his soul. Naruto may be able to use Sage Mode Genjutsu & win if he's able to stall long enough for Ma & Pa to be ready, which I highly doubt and his summons make up for his Taijutsu giving him extra eyes.

For Obito, he only has to touch Naruto once to drag him into his alt dimension and then it would be his win, he can simply counter attack after one of Naruto's CQC attacks and grab him. He's gotten close numerous times already so I'm pretty sure he can.

Now for Hashirama, he possessed the unique ability to control tailed beasts without the necklace, the necklace only enhanced this ability, which responded to his chakra.
