9tails chakra and juubi

Remember how minato only sealed half of the kyuubis chakra into naruto, that woul mean that IF madara captures the kyuubi they still wont have enough chakra to complete the juubi, maybe this whole thing is already planned by kishi what do you guys think?

Ok, when the nine tails only has half it's chakra sealed I'm guessing that it regenerates. If you lose chakra in a battle then go and get some rest then your chakra comes back. It has been said that the kyuubi has been feeding off of naruto's chakra for years, I'm sure that is enough to get it back to full strength. You also have to remember kinkaku and ginkaku who each have some nine tailed chakra in them. In addition to that then I'm sure tobi will have enough. He has already stated that one tentacle of 8 tails' chakra is enough.
