[Debate] Has Kishi lost his creativity

Since part 1 Kishi used to be really creative and used to come up with badass ideas that attracted many people to the Naruto series. But lately it's been like

Naruto: Give me your power
Kurama: Here ya go, take it

Or for Sasuke

Sasuke: I want EYES
Tobi: Here ya go, take em

Then all of a sudden Naruto and Sasuke both turn into DBZ characters and starts to blow things up.

Does anyone wan't any creative and tactical fights like in the chuunin exam? Instead of blowing shit up. Think about it Naruto is about ninja's not DBZ characters in the Narutoverse.

Does anyone agree with stealing power and eyes is a boring way to get a power up? Think about the Rasenshuriken, when Naruto trained for it was awsome.

So do you think Kishi's lost his creativity or not?

What do you have against DBZ? We all know it is Kishi's inspiration and similar occurences might happen there. Besides, considering everyone is at their strongest level right now it's not surprising to see some Mountains Blowing and explosions. All we see each chapter are many S-Ranked Jutsus used by the current strongest alive characters in Naruto. Nothing surprising.

In way he has lost his creativity. He needs to explain more about certain jutsus such as genjutsu and he needs to use his imagaination to expand the story to where there arent as many plot holes.
He is adding a lot of characters with their own back story as well. But he isnt exactly doing a good jobmaking up for the plot holes this comes with.
The plot is predictable. And at that has many plot holes because of its I said so reasons(You know not giving expalnations)

Ninja's don't spit fire/water from their mouths in the real life either, but everyone was perfectly fine with that from the start.
