[Theory] Madara-----Nagato-----Orochimaru-------Tobi

Well,if Madara lived in Obito's era,that means he also lived in Orochimaru's era.I will include Orochimaru in my theory.

Orochimaru was the only one to do something about the ninja's short life.He wanted to find immortality.

Knowing his skills and his goal.Madara makes him a suggestion;help him completing the moon's eye plan,to put an end to the wars and the hatred, and he accepts.They started to work together in secret.

But Madara wasn't immortal,so he needed someone to transfer him his DNA.He knew that the Uzumaki clan had life force,so there it goes.He chose Nagato.

Having no clue about Madara's real plan,Nagato accepts to revive him one day with the rinne no jutsu in order to accomplish peace.

So in Orochimaru's laboratory,Madara's DNA is implanted in Nagato's body,that one day the brat(Nagato)will awaken the rinnegan.

He manages to awaken it,but he becomes an orphan after it.Here:

Things weren't good for both Madara and Orochimaru if he was an orphan,becasue unable to master the full power of the rinnegan and incapable of surviving,Nagato was doomed.

The brat randomly meets with Orochimaru and his team.Seeing he has no future,Orochimaru suggests to kill Nagato and the other kids in order to make Jiraiya or Tsunade have a change of heart and stay and teach them how to survive.Here:

So the plan goes well,Nagato will be fine.Later Madara tolds him to form Akatsuki.Loyal to Madara,Orochimaru is the third one to join this organisation. Nagato(Pein)---->Konan--->Orochimaru.

Later Madara saves a member of Uchiha,Obito,who will team up with Orochimaru,Nagato and Madara and will change his name in Tobi.Later Madara dies,and only Tobi,Nagato and Orochimaru remain.But one day Orcohimaru betrayed them attacking one of the Akatsuki members,Itachi Uchiha,and he left it.

So there remains Tobi-----Nagato,later only Tobi,and after this Madara is revived again and it will be Tobi----Madara.

So this is how I think the events took place.Any thoughts?

Nice theory and it was a pretty enjoyable read. Most theories are worded badly, too repetitive or simply not that interesting.

However it wasn't it a bit circumstantial that they randomly met Nagato and the others ?

Well Orochimaru had no clue he was an orphan.Let's say Nagato had luck to meet them.That's what I wanted to point out.

Hmm you're theory is interesting but makes 0 sense in the fact for Orochimaru to genetically modify Madara or Nagato while he is a member of the leaf still would never be possible, the Hokage would notice such a thing and put an end to it immediately. Also if he did implant the rinnegan why would't Madara order him to teach him about the technique? Madara would never let an outsider in on a plan of this magnitude. And about Obito, no one knows for sure why he is alive In my opinion I think its mainly luck that he is alive due to the WHOLE LEFT SIDE OF HIS BODY BEING CRUSHED!! So i think it is Zetsu who saves him and uses his white side to merge with the right side of Obito, he goes in to hiding then Zetsu informs him about the Akatski and creates an alter ego and names him self Tobi to mislead people. And the whole Madara thing, he can choose whither or not to be attached to a jutsu so he obviously let edo tensai work then cut it off once he was in the world of the living. He is still an undead but he can control any justu so until we find out what Orochimaru is informing Sasuke of we wont know anything for certain.

He was ruling from the shadows in the same tower as Pein and Konan.

I speculated that Tobito joined Akatsuki to keep a closer watch and ensure the plans, sealing and other goals were met.

Nothing you said is accurate with maybe the exception of madara not letting him in(willingly). With that said Orochimaru however probably found out about the plan and snaked his way into it.

First and painfully foremost, Is half the world left/right dyslexic? Obito had his RIGHT side crushed and gave his left eye to Kakashi. As a reader yes, it is the left side of the page but it is the right side of his body that takes the damage. Are you people reading mirrored images of the manga or something?

Secondly, Hiruzen didn't know shit about Orochimaru. Oro had a lab in Konoha for years, even while he was under the tutelage of Hiruzen and it wasn't until many abductions and experiments later that Hiruzen attempted to stop Oro which he could not do at the time, it was only when he returned at the chunin exam that Hiruzen was resolute on killing him, which he failed btw.

i like your theory very much+rep but dont you think nagato would have remembered about being with madara?? as i see it,when nagato lost his parents and teamed up with yahiko and konan he should have mentioned sth about it.i think nagato was put through the process of receiving Madara`s DNA when he was still a baby and therefore had no memories of it.so obito meets up with im later and tells him all abot the plan
