Having a more powerful defense gives sasuke more time to devise a plan in which to take down A, which increases his overall chances of winning. EMS reducing the chakra draining is also a plus in his favor.

Rinnegan would overwhelm Neji simple as that. It would be too much for him to handle and he would lose after a little while. With just the sharingan, then Neji has much better chances of winning.

His sheild stopped jugo's attack point blank range, and its the same sheild the the 3rd used which made him nearly impossible to be be touched

Hiruzen has never been noted to be extremely fast so there's no reason to believe he can dodge amaterasu, although if he gets the chance to run like sasuke did(keep in mind itachi wasnt trying to kill sasuke) he can have the time to break itachi's line of sight with earth style or going underground. In ninjutsu Hiruzen may have the advantage because of earth style but this isnt certain. Itachi and him will probably match in firestyle. Or any sneak attack at all, neji also has incredble fast hands and as we've seen tobi cant attack while being attack because he goes transparent. If tobi grabs him and trys to warp him then, neji can counter with body blow. Air palm can defelect giant shiruken's that tobi has and rotation can counter firestyle. With neji's eye's he can most likely see when tobi goes transparent and will no when to attack an can devise a plan. Neji can actually counter every thing we've seen that Obito can do. Neji's downfall here is his chakra pool isnt up to par with tobi's obviously. There is no reason why Neji would be able to see that Obito warped part of his body to the other dimension, Byakugan can only see through solid objects and lets Neji view the Chakra System. Since Neji can't tell when he goes transparent, he's basically screwed one on one.

Prime hiruzen was said to be the strongest hokage,he was trained he hashi and tobirama as well,so he definately knows abt the sharingan,he knew shushi,which means he knows abt ms,danzo claimed he hadnt seen ama in a while in his fight with sasuke,the only ones with ms before the massacre were itachi and shushi,so hiruzen would at least have heard abt ama,jiraiya knew abt it too. Prime hiruzen would win.

Sasuke has ems with enton susanoo,very bad for the raikage.

You guys dont understand, this wasnt a test to see if i was right on any of those fights, this was a test to see how many people would blindly pick the more hyped character with reading or comparing there abilities.

Amaterasu will pick apart anything hiruzen has including his diamond box which will only trap hiruzen in a box of flame with no way out and kill his monkey. And i dont know what made the guy who said itachi would deactivate suasnoo or that he has to to use amaterasu or that hiruzen will counter him with clones...really? Clones are the most basic thing in naruto an itachi can use clones too

Why would his chakra change? You're just making assumptions, and even if it did how would Neji know exactly what was going on?

Why would his chakra change? You're just making assumptions, and even if it did how would Neji know exactly what was going on?

It's activated by his sharingan which uses chakra, so to honestly believe that his chakra won't change at all there's simply something wrong with you. An neji's eyes are basically made to analyze jutsu. And it'll only take neji seeing it once to notice the change.
