Gaara vs Hashirama
This fight is almost even, hashirama 60% chance of winning
Reason...
Gaara can fly, quite fast and quite well. All of Hashirama's large scale high level jutsu come from the ground, Gaara easily flys fast enough to escape any of his woodstyle jutsu. The same can be said about the 1st escaping gaara's sand attacks, his sand is fast and any defense Hashirama comes up with will have to be air tight for it to work. In Close range Gaara has the advantage as well cause his sand can quickly overwhelm an taijutsu attack who isnt extremely fast. And his Gaara's auto defense will block branchs grown from hashirama's body. Gaara has best chance if the fights in a desert, his chances come from his ability to fly, auto defense, and large scale high level battlefeild changing defense.
Sasuke vs A
This fight is mostly in A's favor, giving him a 65 to 70% chance of winning
Reason...
A is easily to fast for any and all of sasuke's attacks. Amaterasu is too slow, arrows too slow and wont even peirce lightning sheild. Chirdori was only able to touch A nothing more. Suasnoo can hold up for ever EMS doesnt mean unlimited chakra and spamming amaterasu suasnoo and arrows will only kill sasukes chakra. Sasuke can cover the battlefeild in amaterasu if he wants but amaterasu can burn sasuke too so he'll have to stay put and put the amaterasu out as it spreads. Sasuke's chakra cant out last A's as A has tailed beast level chakra. Sasuke's best chance is to concentrate on his lightning attacks try and try to peirce the shield or get ahold of A and use amaterasu.
Itachi vs Hiruzen
Prime or no prime if prime then healthy itachi. Itachi has most advantage, giving him 70 to 75% chance of winning

Itachi's sharingan and skills with shraingan give him full advantage here, hiruzen as far as we know has never even fought an uchiha. Hiruzen has never been noted to be extremely fast so there's no reason to believe he can dodge amaterasu, although if he gets the chance to run like sasuke did(keep in mind itachi wasnt trying to kill sasuke) he can have the time to break itachi's line of sight with earth style or going underground. In ninjutsu Hiruzen may have the advantage because of earth style but this isnt certain. Itachi and him will probably match in firestyle. Taijutsu itachi has advantage because of sharingan skills and his natural taijutsu skills, also he can use genjutsu during taijutsu and we have no reason to believe hiruzen can defend against high level genjutsu like itachi's. And last suasnoo offers unltimate defense with body and yata mirror. Hiruzens counter, the only one i can see is the head hunter jutsu kakashi uses, block itachi's line of sight with earth style and come from under suasnoo. But itachi isnt know to spam suasnoo, itachi has advantage taijutsu and genjutsu and sharingan can help him even if hiruzen has advantage in ninjutsu. their both arguably the smartest ninja in naruto so it will be difficult for either to out smart the other.

Obito vs Neji
Advanage goes to tobi, giving him a 60 to 65% chance of winning
Reason...
Neji is a incredibly smart ninja battle wise. his byukagan gives him 360 vision and he's also figure out a way to cancel the blind spot, which elimates tobi's chances of sneakin up on him and warping him away. Or any sneak attack at all, neji also has incredble fast hands and as we've seen tobi cant attack while being attack because he goes transparent. If tobi grabs him and trys to warp him then, neji can counter with body blow. Air palm can defelect giant shiruken's that tobi has and rotation can counter firestyle. With neji's eye's he can most likely see when tobi goes transparent and will no when to attack an can devise a plan. Neji can actually counter every thing we've seen that Obito can do. Neji's downfall here is his chakra pool isnt up to par with tobi's obviously. Tobi obviously has a great amount of chakra, neji's only chance is to see when he's obito is solid and catch him with either a death blow or destroy a vital part of his chakra network. He is a intelegant battlewise ninja, its possible he could pull it off im giving hima 40% chance of doin so.
