2. If you are within the raidus, i suppose it would hurt you as well as your allies. THough why would u be near that when u know it can hurt you and you launched it at your opponent?

2. Coz it's only a short range jutsu and the description only sais "within radius" what I thought is short range too. but I suppose I can describe how it attacks and on what range when using.
