Zabuza analysis

I believe Zabuza is one of the most underrated ninja, but if we analyse his capacities, he was clearly elite shinobi. What people forget is that we've only seen Zabuza fighting 2times(all against Kakashi), so we can't probably define his full arsenal, but i'll try to describe what we've seen from him

Taijutsu:

Zabuza is a ken/taijutsu fighter, able to use his large sword Kubikiribôcho with relativ ease(sometimes even just with one arm), something that Suigetsu

to be heavy and Sasuke was even worried if he can really manage to use it. Zabuza has shown impressiv ken/taijutsu feat when we saw he was able to pressure Kakashi and kick him away like he has show

Ninjutsu:

Zabuza is basically a suiton user. He has shown great caliber of suiton techniques that only rare shinobi could cast even currently. For example, these are some of them:

Now there are people who say that Zabuza can't use suiton without water source, but they are actually wrong. The simple fact that Zabuza is able to create a clone made of water without water source, the fact that he is able to create a kirigakure no jutsu without water source(like you can see on my previous pic, they were fighting in a place where there was no water) shows that he can.

For those who don't know, this is the description of Kirigakure no jutsu:

This displacement jutsu is a specialty of Hidden Mist shinobi, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Making a liberal use of this, Zabuza carried out a great many assassinations, and was dreaded as the"Prodigy of Silent Murder".

To create the mist, the user needs to lift up some water and the thickness of the mist is controled by the amount of chakra used by the user. That means that during the fight, Zabuza is the one controlling the thickness of his Kirigakure no jutsu as will like we can see

, and it can happen that even at close range, you can't see a thing like Gai noticed

Why was Zabuza called a Devil? It was because eventhough he was young and not even a ninja at that time,

even further implies his ambitions as a shinobi, since it states that his desired opponents were the 5kages

So eventhough there are clearly stronger ninja than him, Zabuza was still an elite shinobi and powerful ninja

Oh yes I quite agree. What people tend to forget is that he was the first villain. If he had been a late-Shippuden villain, you can bet he'd pull off a few ridiculous Water Style Jutsu.

Just like the Hokage battle. You have to remember that the power levels increased exponentially in Shippuden.

Cheers big guy, solid effort right there. Only thing I can point out is that you can't take Sakura's surprise into consideration. She was a just a genin, and she was simply shocked. Her amusement does not make the jutsu any better.
