Ok i understand then, but about kamui i believe that speed can't necessarly be an issue. In the contrary of Amaterasu, Kamui is pretty much invisible depending on the size created by the user, and can warp something instantly. Remember that Obito said Kakashis kamui was faster than his, and he was fairly convinced that Minato couldn't escape his kamui the second time. Anyway i've even created a thread and there is a place where i explained why i think speed isn't necessarly an issue:

Yh it's true anything can happens if kishi wants it to. So it depends on him but I'm talking logically what should be able to counter what.

Funny you say that that Shinra tensei is the only ultimate defense. Gaaras sand, rotation, and susanoo are are ultimate defenses.

Nono I was saying basically any ultimate defence can prevent minato teleporting next to you, shinra tensei picture was just to say *here is another one for example*
