This thread is not based on hype or fanbiosm, but just mere facts
@ number 5- tobirama- sorry folks, but in my opinion, he has got to be the weakest, all he did to me was cause the uchiha's rebelion, he has acolades like
He was brought to a near death state by kin and gin
He got killed by some fodders, but overall he was hokage, so he was really strong, just the weakest on this list
@ number4- tsunade- this woman is cut in half and is talking about saving others, while its clear she has the ability to save herself, nuff said
@ number3- minato- the reason why he aint above is cause, he died too young, he used his son as a last resort jinchuriki, 'not like thats bad, just a certain 10% kinda cruel'
@ number 2- hashirama, the man with most hype, created the village, and his greatest legacy, defeating madara, and yea he also had control of most bijuu, so yea
@ number 1- hiruzen- many would not agree, but i will tell you why he surpasses others and he's simply the best
Tobirama- i dont need to explain why he surpasses tobirama, its like explaining why 4 comes before 5
Tsunade- the pain incident would have been handled more easily with him in charge, plus there's no way hiruzen is leaving the village's safety, to a hero badly wanna be, while he's still breathing
Minato- nothing minato did, hiruzen cant, im talking about the kyuubi incident
Hashirama- well, its near impossible for hiruzen to create the village, but he did bring peace to it, and was called the most diplomatic, plus he created unity in it, by calling everyone a sarutobi clan
Im not sure he could defeat madara, but he did seal the man who defeated madara
And the main reason why hiruzen rules is very simple, all hokages have been victims of war, and most fell in their prime or what is close to it, all enemies of hiruzen practically gave up, and oro had to wait for him to be old, for he could do shit, and seeing as according to the time frame, hiruzen experienced more war than the others, he probably came across more enemies, and the nigga still died old
PS- danzo aint on the list cause he was never named hokage
