He clenches it when hes talking about Izuna. Could Izuna be related to Obito's body somehow? Still puzzling as to why Obito would have hidden emotion when he's just pretending to be Madara.

ORRR..maybe just the thought of 'giving' eyes to another troubles him. (like what he did for Kakashi).

Yea it's a little wired cuz its the same arm he keeps getting hit/regenerating all the time....odd that he would clench that arm and not the other, and even more weird that it had a whole panel for it!!!
Kishi doesn't emphasize on something without it having some meaning....
