Had= Past tense
Still Obito= Tobi so he has 3 tomoe.

He just shortened the statement for the title. Obito had 3T very shortly after awakening the sharingan in the first place. This is an interesting find.

The Darkness was Obito's as he began to open his eye, he saw Madara's sharingan..., as you notice the eye looks more like an eye from a left eye socket and the view is from Obito's POV.

DUDE LOOK AT THE LINES, its not madaras. Why would kishi draw one eye with lines and then intentionally forget to draw it in the other eye? Tell me? If you look his intention for the next panel wasn't to focus on his eye it was to focus on the state of his BODY. You can zoom in and see that even the sharingan is barely drawn in that panel that you suggest.

Kishi didn't even show the full eye in the panel when he saw the Sharingan. The Sharingan is Madara's; Obito was waking up to Madara's Sharingan from Obito's POV

Detail is different, but with your lgoic why would kishi draw him in one instance with a 3 tomoe sharingan, and in the next picture, with his normal eye. so much for your "logic", you're using your own arguments against yourself.

As for the veins in his eyes, I doubt he'd be able to see them right when he opened his eye. When he fully opened his eye, he saw Madara.
