Danzo should be considered top 10 *Undoubtedly*

I think Danzo being top 10 should be obvious, I mean, C'mon people, imagine this...

For 10 minutes straight, unless you have Susanoo, how could anyone protect them self? aside from Raikages because their bodies are constantly protected by Lightning Release Armour, but being that he's a Wind Nature user, he could channel his Wind Chakra through his weapons to counter that. Also, Danzo's Juinjutsu which only requires any type of touch from him to place it upon someone secretly and paralyze them & then Kotoamatsukami, which could end 95% of battles before they even start. I'm not saying he's top 5, but definitely top 10.

He didn't have a choice, with Sasuke spamming Susanoo's defensive & destructive force so much as if it was the only jutsu he knew.

Yes Sasuke does have Tsukuyomi and Danzo used KA on Mifune, so that confirms he can use KA also.

TBH in my eyes Danzo won that fight, notice how Danzo made a kunai into a wind blade. I've heard that air getting into the blood stream can kill a man. Danzo stabbed Sasuke through the chest with a sword of wind, I know it's anime logic, but omg that one irked me a lot. Danzo also could have finished off Sasuke when he paralyzed him, but he had to talk about Itachi, adding more fuel to Sasukes hate filled fire, Danzo was trolled.

In that 1 fight and at the 5 Kage Summit, he showed what he was capable of; Not being able to die for 10 minutes, His mastery of Wind Nature and Baku Summon to power up his Wind Nature, His Juinjutsu, & KA.

Aside from Susanoo & Rinnegan users, who places over him? because even if your able to avoid being caught off guard and avoid his attack still (Minato, Kabuto DSM, Etc.) he still has KA.

it was all he could do. and you say that like sasuke isnt one of the strongest men in the world. at the time he was literally the only one in the world capable of going up against danzo and living besides maybe bee. and he couldnt lose as a main character.

How? not only does everyone you listed fall victim to KA and game over aside from Naruto & Bee (Thats if they're immune) he still has Izanagi for 10 minutes and can not die, this;
