Naruto won't be the Hokage?

Naruto aspires to be Hokage which he undoubtedly will become sooner or later, but Naruto said he will not be Sasuke's victim nor would he go down in history as the man who killed Sasuke.

Naruto also goes on to stated that if he and Sasuke fight they will both die(suicide?)

Naruto saying that if Sasuke dies he also will die, therefore not becoming Hokage, his childhood dream.
So will Naruto kill Sasuke and then himself or will he be able to save Sasuke in the end and also become the Hokage? Is there any other way? Please tell me what you think will happen.

I could see Naruto saving the ninja world and changing Sasuke permanently with his own death. I could see someone else, possibly Sasuke becoming hokage. That would be interesting. (Not saying this would REALLY happen)
