[Predictions] Tsunade's Death = Naruto's Promotion?

Let's just SAY that Tsunade dies. This leaves the Hokage spot open.

Now, first off, I don't want Tsunade to die. I like her as a character but if she must die then the show must go on. But if she does kick the coffin do you think she'd say something like "Naruto, you're the next Hokage. Protect the leaf." b/c quite frankly I don't think that Naruto being the leaf's "Hero" is enough, seeing as Kishi already had the whole Hokage parent talk with Naruto and Kushina (Naruto saying I'll be the leaf's orange hokage)

All signs point to Naruto becoming Hokage after the war, just sayin'

Yes he will prolly be. But that is assuming he doesn't die and Tsunade dies...
tbh I'd prefer Naruto to die and Sakura/Sasuke become a hokage..it'd be more of a plot twist.
But with simple logic and what we've seen so far,Tsunade's death will indeed be Naruto's promotion.

A hokage must have more than a brain to lead, he needs to want his/her people to follow them, even Shikaku believes that his son, talking about Naruto in such a manner( and the events after invasion of pain) that Naruto should become hokage.

It would be hard for Naruto to become the Hokage. The reason I say this is because not only do the jounin have to vote, but then so does the fire daymo(what ever it is) and his legislation. The Fire leader and legislation might be hesitant in having Naruto as the Hokage b/c of being a jin even if he saved the world.
-And I doubt they know Naruto is the son of the 4th. But if they do then they might let Naruto be Hokage.


Plus I think Naruto will become a wandering Sage like Jiraiya anyway

Exactly, I think when Naruto becomes Hokage the story ends, so for now he might just become something else interesting and Shikaku or Kakashi is Hokage. Frankly speaking he's not ready to be Hokage, he has the power but he doesn't have the leadership skills. He would probably go on all the missions himself so nobody else gets hurt lol he has a good heart but a leader needs more. So I think he's gonna be like Konoha's Ultimate warrior or something, maybe he'll even take his masters role as The Pervy Sage 2.0

And Tsunade doesn't have to die, she could just be too injured to carry on with her duties, but i've also thought about Sasuke becoming Hokage lol the crazy things that your brain will think of...

Oh, and in reply to Uchihahaha (nice name) I don't think that Shikaku or Kakashi have the power to become a Kage. Maybe Kakashi, but that's stretching it. & Naruto becoming the leaf's hero would undoubtedly give him Jounin support, not to mention that Tsunade wants him to become hokage as well

I don't think that it's Naruto's time to e Hokage. He will be, but I just think not now. He still needs to be mature enough and be more "experienced" like maybe travel and meet more people from different villages etc. But, ofcourse, I would love Naruto to be the Hokage. AFterall, His dream is our dream! LOL...

Naruto can talk crap about being Hokage all the time, but it would just suck. He's not a leader at all, I can't see the main hero of these series ending up behind a desk filling out papers and assigning tasks. He doesn't know anything about strategy.

Maybe in a distant future like 10-20 years from now, but Naruto being Hokage right now would make no sense.

most likely if Tsunade dies then Naruto is up for hokage, though imo he needs more field experience. he is still that naive child who thinks that the power of love/ understanding/friendship can change the world and by simply saying: i will shoulder this and that and the other something actually changes in the world....

he said to Nagato that he would shoulder his burden and the usual stuff Naruto says. how did things change for Amegakure? apparently, it is not one of the places where this war is fought, but i am inclined to believe this had to do more with akatsuki's achievements rather than with Naruto.

to put it simply: he is more words when it comes to anything outside his own personal improvement and growth. not that i dislike him, i just don't see him as the 'saviour' Kishi likes him to portray.

and given that in the end he will have to protect Konoha and his village's interests, but he has very little experience and has only given empty promises so far, he would need some extra time on the field rather than behind a desk.

kakashi "SHOULD" be hokage before naruto if the series is fr from finished, but if its coming to an end...yeh naruto should be the hockage.
