Kakashi is strong don't get me wrong. I like the way Kishimoto has played out his character, but the people that called him weak were wrong. But Kakashi is just outclass against Sasuke's arsenal. He could spam arrows and what can Kakashi do? Nothing. Because he will stay in the same position and he will lose the reaction to warp Sasuke's attack. Sasuke wins easy no debate here.
