That's a bunch of bullshit. Mugetsu was calced at Mach 10 and that's the highest ever Bleach until last week where Stark was calced at Mach 23 and even that is an outlier.
If that was true it would be on the calc list like the FRS and Boa's Arrows are.

Actually we can assume that, mainly because Yama's heat was high enough to evaporate the water in Soul Society which then proceeds to render Hitsuguya's ice useless because he will no longer have much water to freeze. Of course water can evaporate at any temperature, but to evaporate at a rate in which Hitsuguya can't freeze, means the heat is pretty high.

I agree with you that Bijuu dama could kill Yama because if it's aoe when charging but that's mainly in front. If this were a battle, Genryuusai can use Shunpo to move all around and as far as I know I don't think you can move at Naruto's main speed with a bijuu dama unless I'm wrong. However I also disagree with you. As we all know, the temperature at which Yama's flames are at is 1.5M degress celcius, and depending on what substance bijuu dama is, it is entirely possible for Yama to actually disintegrate it even if it's chakra. Of course I'm not saying that I'm 100% sure because it could work both ways because the bijuu dama is somewhat touchable as demonstrated by Minato as he was able to transport it away.
I mean that their abilities are all different compared to Yama's. Those 3 have aoe scaling abilities, whilst Yama is pretty much an assassin that can't be touched.
Actually, the flames that he can manipulate on to his body is also exactly the same temperature. But Bach is the only guy that could fight 1v1 with Yama all those years ago, and if he has come back now I'm pretty sure he has something up his sleeve. As much as I'd like Yama to incinerate him in 1 panel, it would blow away all the Quincy's hype. So it's obvious he has something to blow away those flames or seal them like Wonderweiss did.

Let me state this Dragonball Characters are NOT light speed. Not by a longshot.
Kishi stated Haku is light speed but people do not accept it because it will make any character like Konohamru,for example, speed blitz and solo universes like Dragonball, One Piece, and Bleach. From my knowledge in the OBD Mach only applies to hypersonic and massively hypersonic.
All in all according to Kishi, Genin Naruto can speed blitz the whole Bleach verse. But that doesn't matter anyway since BM Naruto already does it the first place.
In reality the Narutoverse is the fastest but people put that aisde because it doesn't make sense. But right now the HST is tied in speed calcs. All of them are in Mach 20+
