The only noob here is you, LOOK at the page there are TWO Naruto's one in front of Kakashi and one far behind Kakashi in front of Bee.

As long as the translation is correct "There means as in a place" "Their is used to say where a person is". So yeah Madara is referring to the Kages as far as i am concerned! Plus why would he even ask if the real Naruto was close by he would have seen him his self especially with the chakra Naruto leaks out! So i am taking it as that until otherwise shown / told.
