Most people would probably be against it - even though it'd make him stronger, not everybody likes the current gap between Naruto and the rest of his peers. This would only enlarge such a difference in power.

He does not and besides, he has the power of all the tailed beast. Tobi saw the Chakra of all the tailed beast flowing through Naruto.
In chapter 573 page 3, when Obito used his sheringan on Naruto he sensed a different Naruto because he has the chakra of all the tailed beasts and he even asked what is this strange power that he is sensing and he said that right after he said that he knows the limits of power. He also asked then what is it and what happened to Naruto? So IMO that is a new power that Naruto has. I don't think that he knows how to use it yet but Naruto has already been upgraded and don't know how to use it yet.
