Obito can use Rinnengan jutsus

Some people actually believe that Obito can't use Rinnengan jutsus cuz we don't see him using it, but they forget something. It was stated by Kakashi that the reason why the Jinchuriki weren't using Rinnengan abilities was because Obito needed a lot of chakra just to control them

What people fail to realise is that all those Tailed Beast are now in the Gedo Mazo statue about to form or recreate the Juubi(a monster much more powerful), and we've seen that Obito was the one to control the process:

So it's highly possible that he doesn't use Rinnengan abilities just because the control of the Gedo Mazo(Juubi) alone takes him already a great quantity of chakra like Kakashi noticed before

So i do believe that Obito can use Rinnengan jutsus

Nagatos mastery is in fact lower than Obitos since Nagato can't control multiple tailed beasts and Gedo Mazo like Obito can

you can't explain to me why he won't use preta path which made nagato invincible to rasengan, it's obvious his rinnegan is gimped compared to madara's and nagato's

Actually, I believe he doesn't use Rinnegan techs because it would force him to go tangible and he'd leave himself open for attack, thus defeating the purpose of his whole fighting style. I believe Obito only got the Rinnegan to control the Mazo. I believe he can use all Rinnegan techs though.
