I don't exactly know what sasuke can do to counter tobi's kamui, but tobi can't win on sasuke with his other powers, sasuke is prodigy may be he can do something , he already knows how tobi's kamui works having been sucked into it 3-4times may be he might know it's weakness if there is any, otherwise he can put tobi under genjustu with his EMS, i don't know exactly- but i voted for sasuke
