Madara tilts his head to look past Naruto clone and kakashi and see's the real naruto and says "You mean over there" and ignores Naruto's question "what happened to the others!!?":

He is asking because he wants to know which one is the real one so he can obtain the kyuubi

I always make threads about misconceptions like the one I made showing that kabuto said he revived madara in a state that was better then his golden days. So what's your point? I did that thread straight away because it was being asked to much.

I think it would also be good to answer these questions. What people don't get is why Madara uses the word "too", which is plural. So there's more than 1 shadow clone, so who is/was the second? Also why would he need to ask Obito where the original body is, when all he needs to do is look ahead.

This was a very good explanation. To further bolster your argument - although it would be just like Naruto to surprise everyone, and be in the kamui dimension, I doubt he could manage it. The one who sent the body to that dimension is Kakashi, who can use the Sharingan to distinguish the clone from the real body. Kakashi would never have sent the real Naruto to the kamui dimension. The only possibility would be if Naruto switched with the clone at the last minute, but I don't know if he could do this while the jutsu is in progress.

Ohh I didn't read manga streams translation I see now, I hate how we can never get exactly correct translations it can really mess things up.

And I believe he asked obito because he just landed and the first naruto he saw is not real.

In that panel where it shows naruto behind kakashi naruto is very small and hard to see.

People who think he is in the kamui dimension are deluded. Obito and Madara would be buzzing if Naruto was in the kamui dimension, it would mean they only have to capture hachibi and Madara wouldnt have said il go capture the kyuubi and hachibi if Naruto was in the kamui dimension.
