it's hard to pick only one.... in no particular order: Tetsuwan Birdy (old and new), Moribito, Ergo Proxy, Samurai Champloo, Gankutsuou, Ayakashi:Samurai Horror Tales and Mononoke (the series), Darker than Black..... ok, i'll just stop now....
