Now for some reason there is alot of none sense that has no basis or even stem from anything resembling facts about the uchiha.Somehow people are getting the Uchiha eyes confused with public storage.
Firs let me clear up somethings by stating these know facts.Actual facts not (opinions) something else people tend to confuse the meaning of.
The suusano is only attainable if one has both the amaterasu and tsukiyomi.
Tobi stated that is was a rarity for one to unlock suusano.Now for the morons who for some reason came to the conclusion that amaterasu is a sasuke itachi thing let me stop them there.First off logic should tell you that if suusano is a rarity for uchiha to unlock only after having the flames and tuskiyomi how do the other uchiha unlock it?
How does tobi know of the flames if they are exclusive to itachi and to sasuke ?Oh can't come up with a reason ?
I can tell you why because its not.All uchiha have the possibility.That does not mean they will not matter what your
OPINION of their strength or if you THINK they should have it.Second only after having both can you obtain suusano.
I must say this again because some people have a short attention spam and if they did not they would read the manga and not come up with crazy ideas like the one i am about to explain.Some people also think that if you have the flames and the tsukiyomi you have lost the abiltiy to learn another justu in that eye where they came up with this i will never know how they can come on narutobase and claim it as fact is even crazier.that part matters because
some people still have no idea that the their is a fourth justu which differs from all uchiha who have a mangekyo sharingan it is a personal and unique justu that nobody else can obtain.It is another branch that way even if you do
not have the luck or skill to get the default ms justu you can still train your eye and be a deadly force to be reckoned with by unlcoking your own justu nobody but you can have.

Obito-Kamui his is quite powerful as his justu had a variety of uses (Obito does not have two special justu his is merely in the possesion of two people who have used it in different ways)
Itachi- I am sure his is inscription (not sure because it was not stated but)He did give sasuke amaterasu and implanted the sharingan of shisui into a crow i mention that because some can argue it was just storage
Well a eye cannot work on its own you need a living thing to operate it and the crow used it on itachi proving that it was not just a storage it was a catalyst.
