Susanoo consists out of - Skeleton, Muscles, Armor.
Orochimaru consists out of - Orochimarus Body several times in himself, in order to sloughing himself.

And I see both, Orochimaru and Susanoo are wearing the same jewelry.

Sharingan user are using their techniques, like Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu through their eyes. The mythology also says that Izanagi gave birth to the other gods (here MS techniques) through his eye. Why was Orochimaru revived by Sasuke through Orochimarus curse seal, which looks like a Sharingan as well? Is Kishimoto going by the mythology when reviving him? U_U

I don't think a lot of people understood that this was about the Japanese God not the MS technique xd

But it does make sense, The sword of Kusanagi did belong to Susano'o, the Magatama earrings, and he was seeking out the Totsuka blade and Yata Mirror (i think) as well, blah blah blah, i think it's all subtle allusions that Kishi is making.
