My theory is: Since obitos body was halfly crushed he could not carry a perfect pair of rinnegan,so before Madara was dying completley he helped obito in getting him back on his feet in training etc etc and made him carry on his legacy after his death.Since Obito could not administer the rinnegan he gave them to another senju kid nagato,who had enough chakra and could use them.Later when the time would come Obito would get them back but still not use them due the above reason and would implant only one as in the mangas we can see that he keeps on saying that my body is still imperfect!I can picture a young obito visting rin's grave without the village knowing about his return and looking towards it with his head down,realising that everything is over and choosing madaras side who is beside him or he takes him there,,,,

I agree with what a lot of you are saying, that the real Naruto is in the other dimension. What the hell is Obito going to do then? Without his phasing ability he is still pretty much a shit ninja, other than he his story telling abilities. He has a rinnegan he doesn't use, doesn't seem to have much talent for genjutsu, and is average at best with taijutsu. If he phases Naruto will kill him like a small dog. If he doesn't, Gai will smack him around like the little bitch that he is. Sooo...Obito is probably pretty boned. Unless real Naruto is off looking for Sasuke, but I don't think so.
So how did Madara find Obito? The old man was just wandering in the woods? Or had he been targeting young Obito as a potential subordinate beforehand. If so, why would he choose such a worthless ninja? Perhaps he was aware of Obito's sharingan potential, I don't know, it seems suspicious, but I did notice that Madara had both of his eyes, and this should be after Nagato "awakened" his rinnegan.
So the question becomes, who is Nagato really? My guess is that Madara knocked up Nagato's mother, and he was born with Uchiha and Uzamaki/Senju DNA. Madara had his "parents" killed to awaken the rinnegan. Just a thought.

point taken, but we'll let kishi be the last word instead of you two ladies.so lemme get this straight. you ladies are saying kabuto found and unearthed madara, somehow restored his youth and implanted some hashirama cells(all while still dead, since i find it even harder to believe that madara would allow himself to be brought to life and killed again by anyone less then the first), and then put madara back in a pine box to be brought back by nagato later. -_- i dunno about all that...
I find it easier to believe orochi prolly messed with madara the way he did with danzo. but the age issue is still there. i don't think orochi's edo tensei could have restored youth the way nagato's tensei does. thats why madara is disgusted at kabuto when he first speaks to him. i dunno, we'll just see...

Such anger. And I am pretty sure Madara states Kabuto hasn't done jack to him, he had all this power before hand. The only thing he really did was somehow is make him young. I'd assume since he lived so long (as shown in the latest chapter) that he has aquired Senju DNA at his last fight with Hashirama, seeing as Senju DNA allows for you to live longer and is possibly needed to acquire rinnegan.well now that you and mr seedless are done blowing eachother, i can thank you for the education

Loved this chapter because Naruto is starting to get pissed off even though he has no idea who Obito is he just wants to whoop ass lol. Nice to have concrete proof that it is in fact Obito's actual body from the cave in as well & that he was somehow rescued and saved from "death". I'm not 100 sold on that being Madara in the very last panel. Tbh, it kind of looks like Nagato. Yeah whoever it is has the Sharingan, but wasn't it revealed that Rinnegan is after Sharingan? Of course, we never saw him with Sharingan & Tobi said he's an Uzumaki so I guess that makes no sense

Thought about that, too...
But maybe it is better this way. Generally I feel more and more sorry for Tsunade. What does her story so far tell besides "Big boobs won't help you, girl!"
Next question: If Nagato is that person on the last picture (and not Madara) and he saved Obito>>> why did he not tell this to Naruto before he died??? Such an important piece of information, men...
However i love tobi being obito, but i think the right side of obito is zetsu that transformed to obito by using his chakra as we seen zetsu does.
i think zetsu has complete control over his brain and body but obito is still in there and wil save the day

.I figured something when i saw obito's hand healing itself...maybe its hashirama's cells,onli hashirama could heal himself whithout using seals..maybe obito has his cels indeed and is able to heal fast whithout hand signs

Obviously Obito was healed in some way by Madara, because half his body was crushed by a boulder. It's rather disturbing that both Obito, and Madara are nearly immortal.
