Hi everyone.
You might think this is fanaticism at first sight. However I can prove that Tsunade could solo every Akatsuki member with some obvious exceptions as Itachi or Obito. We've seen her full power in the last chapters. We are all confused on how does she keep alive after being ripped in 2 parts and summon Katsuyu.
The funny thing is that Tsunade was always underrated just because she had bever fight before, only that fight against Orochimaru inwhich she had to fight Kabuto (who took a soldier pill) and Orochimaro after chasing them for hours breaking the ground and spending chakra. Also, in that fight, even when there's so many people who say Orochimaru was without arms and they do not understand thatTsunade had to cope with her blood phobia and Orochimaru used his intelligence and impaled her 3 times while she was indefensible trembling on the ground. The later made the fight more than just Fair because Tsunade gave Orochimaru the advantage of stabbing her 3 times and still he wasn't able to harm her. Then they fought in equality.

Let's begin with Sasori of the red sand.

Since we already saw how Sakura and Chiyo were able to destroy Sasori it would be pathetic to even imagine Sasori beating Sakura's master. Having in consideration that Sasori's most important weapon was his poison we have to dismiss it since Tsunade is the greatest antidote master (Stated by Chiyo herself) . I know that some of you may say "but if she didn't have information about Sasori's poison she wouldn't be able to make an antidote". The later could be somehow true... HOWEVER, for those of you who do not know how does Poison actually work:
All kinds of poison perform in different ways. However, the purpose is the same: Killing cells that cannot be replaced.
You might know where I am going with this statement. Very simple: Tsunade's Creation Rebirth performs at a cell level regenerating any damaged area and regrowing missing or very damaged organs.
So, poison is dismissed.
In a closed battlefield if Tsunade uses Heavenly Kick of Pain Sasori is done.
Also, if Tsunade actives Byakugou no jutsu that would turn her unbeatable for Sasori and she would go straight ahead to him knowing that nothing can harm her and she would punch him with the Wild Body Strike that would be the very end for Sasori.



Deidara.

Since Deidara's techniques are long range and Tsunade's techniques are mid-short range Tsunade would find an even harder time to catch up Sasori. However, there's nothing Deidara can actually do if Tsunade activates Byakugou no jutsu. Also, if Tsunade summos Katsuyu that would turn her into a mid-long range attacker since Katsuyu can use Acid Slim techniques and split into thousands. As a very counter for Sasori's art it was already proved on the Manga that Sasori was useless against Sasuke because Lightning Release (electricity) neutralizes Sasori's explosion techniques. You may not know that Tsunade is presumed to have a Lightning Release Chakra nature since she is able to turn her chakra into electricity. The later was proved on her fight against Kabuto where she used Body Pathway Derangement, a high range medical ninjutsu technique that allows the user to transform the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. This is called Ranshinshō and it's a lightning Release technique that even Orochimaru expressed admiration.
Therefore, with Deidara completely countered Tsunade would only have to deal with how to catch him and punch him only once. Deidara's body and endurance proved to be weak in the past so ONE PUNCH=INSTANT DEATH.


Konan:

No need to say that Konan has actually nothing to counter Tsunade. Even when konnan shinigami techniques are long range she is a very weak woman. Explosive paper wouldn't work on Tsunade's Byakugou no jutsu at all. Tsunade summons Katsuyu and Konan has no answer for that. Konan shinigami techniques would be neutralized by Katsuyu's Acid making the paper neutral and giving Tsunade time to reach Konan and hit her only once... that would be the end.
Also, Tsunade can use Chakra scalpel and cut Konan main nerves with only one touch. This high medic ninjutsu techniques would make Tsunade quite overwhelming for Konan and her long range shinigami techniques. Also, if things get nasty, Tsunade can always trust on her stamina since she has proved to be a chakra monster and Konnan has a very low stamina and slow recovery.


Kisame, the Tailless Tailed Beast:

With Kisame I have to say that without Samehade he has no response to Tsunade in terms of how to injure her once she has activated Byakugou no jutsu. Therefore, Kisame WITHOUT samehada would be a snack for Tsunade.
Now, if Kisame uses samehada Tsunade would have to summon Katsuyu very quickly before her chakra is burned by Samehada. That later could somehow give Kismae a chance to knock out Tsunade since she is a Chakra monster and this is one of her greatest advantages. However, Tsunade is a Taijutsu master and a Medical Ninja. We already saw how Gai was able to defeat Kismae using Taijutsu.
Now, if we analyze the fact that Jiraiya himself stated that in hand-to-hand combat Tsunade has no equal we assume that her Taijutsu level, enhanced with her monstrous strength would be more than enough to take down Kisame with no need to use jutsu. Anyway, summoning Katsuyu on this battlefield would give her automatic advantage over Kisame and Samehada since Katsuyu, as well as Manda or any of the sage toads use Sage Chakra which is a Chakra which comes from the environment and the only ones able to control it are those who has mastered Sage Mode. With the later I’m not saying that Tsunade has a Sage Mode (even though she is very likely) but Katsuyu’s chakta won’t run off and if Kismae tries to burn it we would end up just like that Pain body that absorbed Naruto’s Sage Mode chakra and turned into a frog.
My conclusion for this scenario:
Kisame vs Tsunade = Tsunade low difficulty
Kismae with Samehada vs Tsunade= Draw
Kisame with Samehada vs Tsunade and Katsuyu= Tsunade and Katsuyu no difficulty.
Kisame with Samehada vs Tsunade and Katsuyu (scenario: water) = Kisame

Hidan

I don’t really think it is worthy to start an argument about Zetsu and Tsunade since I don’t see any possible way Zetsu could harm Tsunade. If you want to start a discussion about it just hit me up and we can debate it.

Nagato

Although I personally believe Tsunade could give quite a fight to Nagato I don’t think she would be able to defeat him by herself. May be Tsunade teaming with her best friend Jiraiya and with information about him could beat him. In this scenario Tsunade would play a supportive role.
For instance: in that Epic fight of Jiraiya vs Pain, if Tsunade was teaming up with Jiraiya they would have, in my opinion, take all the bodies down.
Why?
Ok, Jiraiya himself took 3 bodies down with no information at all. Then he lost an arm and Still took another body down and sent it to Konoha to be investigated.

If Tsunade was there, in first place Jiraiya would have never lost an arm and their summons, the Sage Toads and Katsuyu would have been of a greater help on this fight. Tsunade would have used Byakugou no jutsu and take over Pain while Jiraya would have used sage mode more easily with Tsunade gaining some time for him.

In my view:
Nagaot vs Tsunade : Nagato hands down
Nagato vs Tsunade & Jiraiya: Sannin teammates.

Itachi.

First of all, we have to admit that Itachi was one of the greatest genius in Narutoverse History. Therefore, I can imagine very few ninjas taking him down if none. Not only because of his visual powers but because of his intelligence. However, I think that Tsunade would be the very best counter for him or any other Uchiha as she proved against Madara who is actually a GOD, a Kami.
Tsunade’s byakugou no jutsu maker her immune to Itachi’s main techniques such as Katoon, Amaterasu or Susano’o.
I think that if Tsunade plays intelligence on this battle she could manage not only to survive but to succeed.
Why?
-Tsunade is able to break a definitive Susano’o with her hands.
-Tsunade can be impaled countless times and not being injured.
-Tsunade Can tank a Katoon.
-Tsunade would regenerate from an Amaterasu.
-Tsunade is a chakra monster.
- Tsunade is immune to Genjutsu thanks to her impressive chakra control.

Now, how would this all help her to take Itachi down?... The only possible answer is PATIENCE. Tsunade has a stamina that exceeds Itachi’s by way way far. If Tsunade manages to keep alive until Itachi runs out of chakra that would be the end for Itachi. Itachi’s body was weak, so ONE PUNCH= INSTANT DEATH.
I know what you are going to say…:
-How can Tsunade tank an Amaterasu?
Easy… If Itachi makes it to reach Tsunade with Amaterasu Katsuyu spits Acid Slim on Tsunade. Why? … Acid Slim would melt Tsunade’s skin along with Amaterasu and Tsunade would use Byakugou no jutsu to regrow her skin which would take little chakra since skin injuries are superficial.
-Why can Tsunade avoid Tsukuyomi?
Tsunade is a Medic specialist. Her chakra control is so unique in Narutoverse that she is the only one able to use a Yin seal which was a talent of the Uzimaki clan just like the Sharingan for the Uchiha clan. It has been state more than once that the only way to avoid a genjutsu is by either not making eye contact or possessing a high chakra control. Thanks to this Tsunade was able to heal Kakashi and Sasuke after being damaged by Itachi’s Tsukuyomi. Also, Orochimaro himself stabbed his hand to get out of Itachi’s gentjutsu. Tsunade would also be able to stab herself on the hand just to get out of it.

On this scenario Katsuyu could play a vital role:
-Prevent Tsunade from being reached by Amaterasu.
-Gain extra time to extenuate Itachi
-Heal Tsunade
-Turn Tsunade’s attack range from short-mid to mid-long.
To sum up:
Tsunade vs Itachi = Draw
Tsunade and Jiraiya vs Itachi= Sannin teammates

Tsunade would have to extract Sasoris poison from her muscles, something like that is impossible during fight with Kage-level enemy. Also, I dont see how can she get through Iron Sand.

This has been overly discussed. 3T Itachi can be defeated by her.
The only problem Tsunade might have and I AGREE as I've discussed this with someone else is Totsuka blade that could probably seal her.

Tsunade can definately beat her share of akatsuki members,but the others are just a bad matchup,

she would definately have beaten most of the paths if she was at full power when naruto showed up,but deva and his CT would be too strong,nagato as well would be too much even for tsunade and jiraya,his rinnegan techs are haxed,but if nagato dosent use gedo or CT,tsunade would push mid diff with katsuya because of her abilities. She would beat animal,naraka,asura,preta and human,but deva would be too much,so she looses to pain high diff,that's nothing to be ashamed abt.

Tsunade would wreck kisame as she uses taijutsu which is kisame's weakness as he wont be able to absorb anything,she can jump high in the air easily,we saw guy go through water dragon,so tsunade can as well,her immortality tech will allow her to witstand being drowned for an extended period of time,not to mention she can just summon katsuya inside there toewcape the dome.

Tsunade would beat hidan,as she can easily blow his upper body apart and bury him.

Tsunade would beat zetsu easily,no need to comment.

Sasori isnt much of a problem,yon seal release heals all poisons,and tsunade can use her strength to smash his puppets,and use katsua to split and 'absorb' the puppets like katsuya did against the villagers of konoha to save then from CST,while she handles the real one. Sp tsunade wins that one.

Kakuzu looses as well,she tanks all his attacks and punches his stomach clean off,i doubt a new heart can fix that,doton:domu isnt anywhere near as strong as madara's susanoo,which she broke through like glass,all his attacks will knock her back at most.

She would beat konan as well,as she has far more chakra than konan and would outlast her,and katsuya would melt konan's paper easily,

deidara would be tricky,as he is long ranged,however tsunade seems to be raiton as she used it on kabuto,and it definately showed signs of lightening release,she could easily tank c1 and c2,katsuya could absorb and protect her from c3 as her mini clones protected many people from CST,however,if tsunade is infact raiton,then she could use the attack she used on kabuto,on the c3 clay structure before it hits,however unless she sees what c4 does(killing birds and disintegrating them for instance like what happened to the bird in the fight against sasuke),she would fall for that,also c4 dosent have a very long range,with intel however c4 isnt a problem as she can easily dodge it or go past it's area of effect,deidara also dosent have unlimited clay,so she could potentially outlast him,she can jump insane distances,as she jumped above manda and drove bunta's sword into his mouth without anyone even noticing. So without knowledge,deidara would take it high diff more times,but with knowledge,temari wins.

Itachi would be really tough,however if itachi stays 3t,he looses. What you said abt katsuya melting tsunade's skin to escape ama as quite smart.tsunade can also rip out her own skin,also ama burns slowly and tsunade wears clothesxd,so if she is hit on the body,she could take off her clothes,also sick itachi can't hold susanoo for 5 minutes,tsunade can just hide it out and stall until itachi looses stamina,totsuka is snapped in half,katsuya could use her acid mist to distract itachi,who bu the way can't use ama while in susanoo as he would most likely die,so tsunade can give katsuya the getgo to attack itach's susanoo from the from while tsunade smashes the back,katsuya can divide to escape susanoo arms or blades and then reform again to attack. Tsunade fought 5 ems susanoos without getting caught,i am sure she can take one ms susanoo. However,this fight would be high diff for itachi most of the time,but depending on events,tsunade would win.

Tobi beats tsunade and basically anyone bar edo madara for obvious reasons,however,if km naruto pushed a hachibi tbb woth one hand,v1 raikage as said by naruto would kill him with 1 punch,v2 raikage couldnt scratch ribcage susanoo by himself(madara),tsunade smashed complete susanoo and madara to pieces with a punch,she can definately deflecta tbb from any of those bijuus,but not simultaneously.

So thatz's abt 6-7 akatsuki members she beats. That's quite good for the 3rd strongest kage.

She may heal herslef as long as she wants, but as long as metals from Sasoris poison will still be in her muscles it wont do her any good. She has to extract it first.

kisame's chakra sucking technique that he used against guy would've left tsunade unable to do her regeneration. nagato wouldn't get defeated, 6 v 1. kakuzu has a chance, he could keep attacking and prevent her from using her hand seals, but i doubt that would work.
