Do not underestimate him, he can easily get blood from her when she's not paying attention, especially so since she's a close range fighter.

Doesn't matter... Remember, Hidan stabs himself to kill others... If Tsunade actives either Creation Rebirth or Strength of a Hundred Technique Hidan's ability would be dismissed... useless, nothing....
Then Tsunade only needs to use Body Pathway Derangement and then cut Hidan's nerves with her Chakra Scalpel .... Then you know what comes next ... Heavenly Kick of Pain and Hidan it's over....
Not to mention that she could summon Katsuyu and erase Hidan from Earth with Katsuyu's Acid Slim Techniques.... and last time I checked it out this technique melted mountains.

Tsunade would erase Deidara from Earth... I hope you are older than 10 and you can understand that. Also, Konan is way under Tsunade's Kage level and Zetsu would be a little toy for her since we saw how Sakura ended one of them (no diff) . Tsunade would be the best counter for Itachi since Tsukuyomi and Amaterassu are Itachi's cards and for the Amaterasu Tsunade has Byakugou no jutsu that would regenerate all her body and for Tsukoyomi it is already proved on this forum that Tsunade is not affected by genjutsu since her chakra control is massive and she was able to heal Kakashi's and Sasuke's Tsukuyomi effects after Itachi's attack.
Sasori wouldn't stand a chance, we already know how her student and an old lady were able to kill Sasori mid diff and nor Sakura nor Chiyo stand a chance to be compared with Tsunade. Sasori's best tool was poison and Tsunade is an antidote master.
Nagato is a different story, he was a SO6P and Tobi ,,, we already know who tobi is.

Why would Hidan stab himself in the head without info? Based on all the indications seen he stabs himself the middle of his chest when in character

which would allow Tsunade to figure out what's going on and activate her jutsu before a serious wound is created. Plus Tsunade's fighting style doesn't really allow prep time. And considering Asuma lived long enough for reinforcements to arrive and for reinforcements to get him our of harms way and he still got to talk with his students before he died Tsunade would have enough time to activate byakugou.

And considering Oro's sword pierced her in the middle of her chest we can gather that she survives that just fine.

And Hidan has absolutely no answer for Katsuyu.

Hidan would notice it wasn't working, and stab himself somewhere extremely vital.

Also, your argument for Asuma is invalid, because he was saved twice by Shikamaru before he was actually killed. The fact of him surviving was because he was stabbed in the chest.

Anyway, that's how the fight plays out in my head. No point debating as we obviously have different opinions on it. I think she wins if she has info on him, but that's a completely different case. +rep for backing everything up though. It was good work.

I thought Hidan was stronger until recent chapter where i've seen that even cut apart, Tsunade could still survive and with Katsuyu she can reform her body. The only thing i doubt right now is what happens if she gets her heart pierced. But anyway i'll go with Tsunade mid-high difficulty

What you seem to forget here is that Creation Rebirth reconstructs organs. So no matter which part Hidan cuts on himself, it will regenerate in Tsunade's body.
Plus Katsuyu. I wonder if he gets melted, would he be able to do something else?

Well, let's presume no knowledge.
You seem to have ignored my statement up there.
Plus, Tsunade is known to read figher combat patterns.
And you think that if Hidan would start doing his ritual, Tsunade would just stay there and wait for him and at the end cheer him for that wonderful piece of acting?

In the moment he lays down for performing his jutsu, he's done.

Tsunade... tsunade all the way. She just seems to rebound from anything and everything life throws at her, including tough opponents like Hidan. I think it would be a close fight, but in the end I'd have to go with Tsunade.
