Yes people. This is the ultimate timeline... This may or may not have already been done but I don't care because my theories are better **wink**. Enjoy and let me know where I'm wrong.
Hashirama becomes the 1st Hokage (fact)
Hashirama Vs Madara (fact)
Hashirama wins but Madara lives (fact)
Madara disappears and uses Hashirama's DNA to extend his life
(I suspect Zetsu was created around this time with Hashirama's DNA?)
Hashirama and Tobirama trains Hiruzen Sarutobi (fact)
Hashirama dies and Tobirama becomes 2nd Hokage (fact)
1st Shinobi War begins (fact)

Madara gives Nagato the rinnegan
(My theory: Madara said he unlocked the Rinnegan before his death. I think the Rinnegan drains the life force of the user and he was much too old for it to be worth the risk. So he needed someone with a superior life force (UZUMAKI) to be his tool, so he gave it to Nagato. I also think that this could also be why Obito looks older than Kakashi (but then again it's hard to know who looks older because we haven't seen Kakashi's full face and half of Obito's face is distorted). Maybe Nagato is half Uzumaki/Uchiha (my theory from like a year ago)... Maybe Nagato's mom was the only Uzamaki Madara knew of with a child he could use)

(My theory: I think Nagato knew the original Madara and was influenced by him to form the Akatsuki after Jiraiya left.)

Obito is declared dead but saved by Madara
(My Theory: I think Obito was saved with Zetsu's assistance. Zetsu seems to be some kind of creation involving Hashirama's DNA. Zetsu seems to be the most loyal to Obito. The crushed half of Obito's body seems to be a Zetsu clone (would definitely explain why everytime Obito gets his arm ripped off, there's a white ooze and later he has a new arm).
3rd Shinobi War ends (fact)
Minato Namikaze becomes the 4thHokage (fact)
Orochimaru leaves Konoha (fact)
Obito attacks Konoha with the 9 tails (fact)
(My Theory: This wasn't just about destroying Konoha. I think Obito and Madara had positioned themselves to start collecting the tailed beast. They had already been in control of Yagura (the 4th Mizukage) the 3 tails jinchuriki.
The 9 tails gets sealed inside of Naruto (fact)
(My Theory: I think it's around this time that Madara plans to die and use Nagato to bring him back to life to execute the MoonEye plan. Maybe Madara knew his natural life was near it's end)
Itachi meets Obito (fact)
(My Theory: Orochimaru wanted Itachi's sharingan so he had Kabuto spying on him. I think Kabuto discovered Obito by following Itachi and maybe Kabuto started following Obito and discovered the body of Madara.)
Itachi and Obito destroy the Uchiha Clan (fact)
Kabuto resurrects Madara (fact)
(My Theory: Kabuto did some special things to the resurrected body of Madara. When Madara died, he was old and he didn't have Hashirama's face growing out of his body. Kabuto was a master medic and scientist so I suspect that he's responsable for Madara regaining his youthful body and merging it with Hashirama. Kabuto said to Madara "Your impure resurrection is a special version. You've been completed beyond what you were in your prime". Madara said he awakened the Rinnegan shortly before his death, but I think he was lying because after Kabuto asked him if he really died against the 1st Hokage, Madara was surprised he knew.)
Madara releases himself from the impure world resurrection.... GAME F'n OVER
Ohhhhh and FYI, when sasuke learns that Obito was a part of the Uchiha massacre, it's gonna be Naruto the 10 tails Jincuriki VS Immortal Rinnegan Madara. And Rinnegan Sasuke VS ObitoZetsu
