At what age does Edo Tensei revive people?

As the title says, at what age are the dead resurrected? At 601, we see the old Madara at the end of the chapter. Does this mean Edo Tensei can revive people at any age?

Another question I have is, can Edo Tensei restore someone's kekkei genkai like Itachi's Sharingan? We all know that Sasuke took his eyes but when Itachi was revived, he had his Sharingan. Can this be said about the Rinnegan? So for example, if Madara did give his Rinnegan to Nagato, Madara will still have his Rinnegan when he is revived? A cheap way to duplicate Rinnegans in my opinion.

It revives them at the same age of their death. Kabuto has already stated he tweaked and enhanced Madara beyond his prime. If Itachi had his eyes taken and then died then he would be revived with no eyes. But, since Sasuke took them after his death it doesn't affect his resurrection.

They are revived with everything they died with.
Although, I always thought they were also revived with everything they gained naturally.

Also, people think that he looks so young because of the experiments Kabuto did on his body.
This may be true because Kabuto did say "I have revived you in a state greater then your prime"(something along those lines)
I honestly don't know, but this is definately possible.

its my understanding that the revived will be in the condition they were right before they died, examples: nagato, chiyo. But with some modification, age, appearance and attributes can be altered as we saw with madara

I remember reading something about the person being revived through Edo Tensei is brought back at their prime, but everyone is saying different which is making me question where I read that.

I believe it would revive them at their prime with all factors that include their dna. If Madara got some special power from Harashima at the end of their battle it wouldn't be included in the Edo Tensei (seeing as it's not a part of Madara's dna) however Kabuto added Harashima's dna which is the same thing... if you get why I'm saying

They are revived in the state that their body is in the pure world which is determined by how they view themselves.
