Obito Did Unlock The Mangekyou At An Early Age?

I'm still wondering how obito gained his mangekyou, but I may have an idea. I'm just gonna throw out here maybe in conjunction with emotions of anger because Kakashi let Rin died and integrated parts of zetsu in Obito, the zetsu dna may have sped the process of activating the mangekyou for obito because of it's senju dna. And hey Madara said he gained the rinnegan after he acquired senju dna from hashirama so that could help sped the process of activating Madara's rinnegan. So what do you guys think? Honestly I dunno about this theory but it's something right?

One thought I also had was maybe Madara took his eye unlocked the MS and then gave it back to Obito. That could explain the explosion of development for Obito.
