Kakuzu and Kisame vs Muu

Muu is just too haxxed. Even if they could see him they have nothing to stop jinton with; it destroys any element Kakuzu uses and Kisame's samehada only absorbs around it; jinton engulfs from all sides; only preta path works to stop it.

samaheda has shown to be able to absorb big amounts of chakra in little time.. as it was able to absorb
four tails of the hachibi with one swing. Kisame also has his great shark bullet wich absorb other
chakra based jutsus. hes shown to be able to change the battlefield with one jutsu.
kakuzu is an experienced ninja who fought againts even hashirama and survived.
he has the advantage of being able to separate his body into element creatures wich would put
kisame and kakuzu in a number advantage.

they wont know where he is due to not having good enough sensing power. muu can therefore just take samehada off of kisame while staying invisible then hit him with jinton.
kakuzu has only diamond defence and some elements. muu by hype has 3 elements off the bat and is skilled in doton since he can lighten himself enough to fly. kakuzu would be useless if he weighs 100 tons

if he does take samaheda, samaheda would just attack him and absorb his chakra..
rmember samaheda is more a pet than a sword..
they dont need to see him. if they know they are fighting him thay just have to wait for an attack to be done.
then use that as a reference point for a great shark bullet.
if kisame and kakuzu are being ambushed then its over before this could be call a fight.
witj your points i see muu winning but with high difficulty.

No knowledge means that both Kisame and Kakuzu would be confused where Mu is when they show up on the battlefield. He appears right above them and uses jinton. If Kakuzu can use those earth grudge threads to prevent Mu from forming the jinton, Kisame can finish Mu off with a powerful suiton attack but only if Kakuzu manages to trap Mu which seems unlikely since Mu can fly and make things lighter/heavier.

If samehada absorbs Mu's chakra, Kisame can sense where Mu's location is correct?

I think Mu wins with extreme difficulty 6/10 times. He can't always stay invisible and this would put him against two monsters with powerful attacks although he can use earth style to protect himself. Kakuzu's elemental barrage is a problem but I think Mu can avoid them.

they do need to see him. how can they defend from invisible swords through the brain? they may as well be seeing nothing at all for all the good it will do them to find an invisible flying man who can dodge anything they throw at him.

I think Kisame and Kakuzu can beat Muu, they will have to make environmental changes such as creating a body of water but it will still be high difficulty

I know you already agreed to some points, but I thought I'd answer these anyway...
Like I said, samehada can absorb as much chakra as it wants, but jinton instantaneously engulfs. Even if samehada was already in absorb mode it can't protect all of Kisame, not his back, and certainly not Kakuzu as well. And Kisame doesn't know where Muu is so he can't use the shark bomb; even if he did Muu would just fly and jinton from a different angle. That's another point for samehada-- if Muu jintonned Kisame's back it would take him out even if samehada absorbed in time to save itself. Changing the battlefield and experience don't matter because Muu flies and they can't sense him. And lastly, "numbers don't matter to a jinton user like me." Muu can dust the entire battlefield, Kisame, Kakuzu, beasts, and all, in an instant. Like I said, he's mad haxxed.
