Well he may not be able to make it further than Jiraiya but he can probably come out of it alive. Attack prevention mode is great for making an escape.

Orochimaru if he had no knowledge of the rinnegans secret, would lose, but somehow I think he'd do a little better than jiraiya. If he had previous knowledge, hed beat pain, same with jiraiya.
