No i made sure i included the date in the photo snip i made it on myspace years ago i frequently go back on and revise them As you can see the last revisement was a year ago
I wouldn't make a big deal but someone named pervy sage tried jocking of me and deleted his thread when i confronted him about it

You have rights regarding things you make on the RPG of this site, yes. However, its virtually impossible for us to control the multitude of dead, forgotten or active RPG on the web and give you patents for what you did there.

If you had submitted the technique here, in accordance to the RPG rules, you'd have ownership of it regarding this RPG. However, as it pertains to another site, no. Nothing can be done. Nor is it possible to do.

How do you think we can monitor all that? How do we even know if that print screen is of a tech you submitted and not simply something you print screened from someone else? And should we monitor the whole web for stuff like this? Impossible.

As Scorps said we really can't do much about things originating from other forums. Even more so when you wonder how someone could possibly have submitted it before you here when you already made it on another forum.

But your example is extremely weird. We already have a diamond CE for years + I can hardly imagine that the thing you described would ever be approved in the normal CJ thread, so how could people possible use something like that here? Unless you're referring to the person who submitted the Diamond Dust CE, however that wasn't real diamond, but ice crystals and it got declined.

So how could someone have gotten his hands on the ability to use invisible diamond dust similar like Gaara?

If you're actually referring to the carbon CE, you don't even have a leg to stand on as that CE got approved over a year ago and is something way too global to even getting © on different forums.
