I still have many doubts about Sasuke being willing to help if he even does show up. Even then why would he help Naruto. What could he do if he even does show up. No matter how strong he is there really isn't anything he can do to stop Madara. I think that if there is a Naruto and Sasuke team up it will be later on against the Ten Tails or against Madara if Madara isn't defeated here. But I could be wrong.
