If you look at the picture he's not exactly right under bee he's actually a little infront and the top pictures show's kakashi, gai and naruto beside each other with bee behind them :O You just didn't see kakashi and gai beside bee that's all... I think that naruto is in another dimention or he's off to the kages or something, or he will end up meeting sasuke
