Killer Bee in his v2 Mode could easily land 11+ fatal hits, i say this goes to the Eight Tails Jin. Like Sasuke's Susann'o he has too much fire power for old man danzo to handle even with his 11 lives.

However depending on the size of Baku, Danzo could potentially take this.

Baku's Wind Jutsu > Killer Bee's V2 Lighting Beams
