Sasuke dodged Bee's speed with his Sharingan. Even Bee was surprised as he stated that only his brother dodged it. Itachi has the Sharingan so he too can dodge his speed.

And Itachi has the Totsuka and Yata mirror which makes him pretty much invincible (stated in the manga by Zetsu). Yata mirror can DEFLECT ANY JUTSU and Totsuka seals you when it hits gets you.

bee uses tbb, and lariato as some of his destructive jutsu's, they are nothing like sound, and the involve upfront confrontation, bee has to hit your chest with lariato or tbb you up front, with that yata mirror deflects them way to easy

Itachi uses the sharingan, if there was a big chunk of chakra comming from the ground, im pretty sure he will notice

And totsuka blade is not exactly your typical sword, piercing the v2 cloack is very possible

Dude again you are wrong in soooo many ways, itachi's speed far suparses minato's, itachi saw kirin comming and was able to actiavte susano before it actually hit, itachi was also fast enough to weave signs, during a super fast shiruken battle, sasuke dodged bee's attack, and sasuke is n where near as fast as itachi, itachi's training alone @ konoha made oro wet himself, so when you talk about negate, you are not really making anypoint, itachi speed> bee speed, sasuke was able to see and predict the kyuubi's movment with his mere sharingan, and my freind we all know kyuubi is faster than the hashibi, so all in all, itachi could even dodge lariato without using susano
