How can Madara have Sharringan when he met Obito if he gave his eyes to Nagato?

Madara said he awakened Rinnegan just before he died. He was alive when obito was crushed and Nagato had the Rinnegan way before that.

I'm seeing an ordinary sharingan. Madara had plenty of those in his lab.

Nagato did activate them naturally. Because Nagato was older than obito, so obito couldnt have given his eyes to nagato. And madara never said he gave his eye's to nagato, he just wanted nagato to revive him.

1. It is a FACT, that Rinnegan comes from evolving Sharingan witch is going beyond EMS limits, that's what we know.
2. Rinnegan is Uchiha dojutsu it is 100% same as awakening the Sharingan.
3. How can Uzumaki awaken the Dojutsu which belongs to the other clan? Not possible.
4. Did nagato had ordinary Sharingan ? - NO. Did he went beyond EMS limits ? - NO.
5. Madara was the only one who told he himself awakened Rinnegan.
6. Nagato used Gedo Mazo at a 16~ years age. HOW did he knew about it without anybody telling him / reading uchiha stone tablet ?
7. Madara gave him his eyes to revive him, he found Obito and entrusted his Reviving and whole plan to him.
8. Madara passed down Rinnegan alongside with all of it techniques.

Madara gave Nagato his RINNEGAN not his SHARINGAN, and he probably did it the same way Itachi could give Sasuke his mangekyou by just looking at his eye and transferring the power from his own eyes to Sasuke's eyes (Remember when he put his Mangekyou's Amaterasu power in Sasuke's eyes and it burned Tobi?). Madara probably did the same thing to Nagato, and he gave his Rinnegan not his sharingan, so Madara would still have his sharingan. Madara has the ability to turn ON his rinnegan just like he can turn on his sharingan, Mangekyou sharingan and Eternal Mangekyou sharingan. I think he could transfer the rinnegan power so that he would no longer be able to turn on the Rinnegan in his eyes and use its power, but Nagato could.

in which manga is it said that evolving the ems to rinnegan is the only way to awaken those eyes? the so6p had the rinnegan and nothing hints him having the ems before

Only possible theories/ways shown in the manga of achieving the rennnigan are

1. If you are an Uchiha because those who are the eyes of the sage should naturally be able to use the sage's eyes
2. if you have senju/Uchiha dna
3. If you transplanted them

I really don't see how some far off relative of those who inherited the sages body (not eyes) could possessed the rennigan (sages eyes/dojutsu) as oppose to those who are said to have inherited the sages eyes themselves.

. Nagato gained his rinnegan before that moment in the picture so it's less likely that Nagato's were transplants.

Nagato is around Minato's age. He was Jiriya's first student so he has to be at least Minato's age. Minato at that point was an adult compared to Obito so it would be at least 5+ years older than Obito. 5+ years isn't shortly before someone's death.

Madara cannot have given Nagato his eyes if years later hes talking to Obito with the Sharringan also hes said to have unlocked it shortly before his death.Nagato at this point will have had the Rinnegan for a number of years so that should answer most of your questions.
