Madara uchiha rinnegan theory

Hear me out i dont post on here often but here we go:

Today in chapter 601 we see a very old madara talking to a crushed tobi, when i seen that i assumed he had overexerted
his rinnegan powers as nagato did and turned older but I relized this did not fit into the timeline so i started thinking again.
Madara was shown with a regular three tomoe sharingan so i think that he had someone take out his rinennegan and
give it to nagato to revive him later... they probably killed a fodder uchiha and Madara would use that until he would die of age

p.s i think that Madara wouldnt be able to use alot of rinnegan techs because he has a lower supply of chakra because of his old age
just like the third hokage wasnt able to use jutsus he once was able to use

Madara didnt gain rinnegan while alive idt...there is no proof thats an EDO THING HAHA

madara could switch between them because they belonged to him -_- on a side not we've never seen nagato use deactivate nor change from sharingan to mangekyou etc.

then..if it goes like that..itachi neva deactivates his sharingan ......nagato awakens it after his parents death..it was his gift....and we dont hav the bio of nagatos parents..so dont overlook with little details

Only possible theories/ways shown in the manga of achieving the rennnigan are

1. If you are an Uchiha because those who are the eyes of the sage should naturally be able to use the sage's eyes
2. if you have senju/Uchiha dna
3. If you transplanted them

I really don't see how some far off relative of those who inherited the sages body (not eyes) could possessed the rennigan (sages eyes/dojutsu) as oppose to those who are said to have inherited the sages eyes themselves. i don't think nagato unlocked the renigan
