No he isn't, he has proved to be a beast.Do not forget he was fighting ALL OVER the battlefield earlier and taking on kage level opponents with clones,Then he managed to counter the combined power of 5 TBB!!!!That's ridiculously powerful and just now Madara said that the Naruto in front of him IS a clone.

Which may mean that he has something up his sleeve but can only pull it off using his real body.

Madara's fan negates attacks. If you didn't notice, the rasengan and now the mini bijuu dama got negated. Plus That was a clone, of course madara would beat a clone, the guy is hella strong....

Naruto is Not overrated, the fight hasnt even started yet. Madara is about to try and fight the 2 strongest creatures in Narutoverse.. And naruto hasnt even used his latest power-up from the tailed beast yet. Madara meet his match in this fight.
